As of the Salesforce Winter '25 release, Salesforce has introduced a new security framework for web and Aura components. 24Planning requires you to enable this security framework, in case Salesforce has not enabled it by default at the time of the upgrade to the Winter release.
Navigate to Setup > Settings > Session Settings and enable Lightning Web Security as shown in the screenshot below:
