Color coding of Events

As you may have seen throughout this guide, it is possible to assign colors to events.

The color code of an event and its text is defined in the field defined in the Event section of the Data Source configuration.

You can leave this fields static and then the colors defined in the Events related to this data source will be used on the Planning Board. If no color is defined, the Planning Board will use light green and dark green for respectively the event and its text.

It is also possible to define the color of the Events dynamically, based on certain rules. These rules can be implemented as either formula fields or record-triggered Flows.
